Biography

PATJE takes his inspiration daily from images in his mind. Influenced by the growth of singer songwriters from all kinds of genre, he builds his own style from soul, funk and Brazilian rhythms.

He was raised between Marseille, Barcelona and Geneva. His very first experience in entertainment was theater thanks to his brother.

After his high school diploma he did his Bachelors in America to improve his language skills. At that time his friends gave him the nickname PATJE (little Pat).

Returning back to Europe, he worked in advertising and became the editor of a magazine. When he left this multinational firm and moved to Barcelona, Spain, in order to study at university, music and his love for entertainment came back into his life...

He decided to pursue this growing passion in Los Angeles. He discovered facets of himself and started growing and gathering popularity in this environment.

In 2002 he started playing with his band in many clubs around Los Angeles and released his first single. On stage he started singing in French, English and Spanish.

He began a new journey with his friend Ioannis; with him he played between Bora Bora and Paris. It was with Ioannis that he was the opening act for Jeanne Mas. This show took place at the Trianon in Paris.

2008 enabled him to prepare a new project. Today he is launching Pasaporte, his new album; available Autumn 2009.

Los mun?equitos de matanzas, us tour 2011, part #3

Formed in 1952, this stellar rumba group is famous throughout Cuba. They also charmed audiences everywhere in the US on their first, second, and third US tours, in 1992, 1996, and 1998. They were back in August, 1999, in the Spring of 2000, again in 2001, and for the last time in the US, in 2002, after which George Bush blocked them. They are now scheduled to return in April, 2011. Founded in 1952, this Afro Cuban Ensemble is an – true institution – for Afro Rumba music and dance. These Cuban legends are back on the world stage. This magic Orchestra consists of musicians and dancers from three different generations. Together they preserve the traditions brought to Cuba from Africa, their families are renowned for Afro Cuban Folk music, which you can still find today everywhere in Cuba….

Best food & live music in atlanta

Find a little slice of Miami and Havana, Cuba all rolled up into one. Mojitos Cuban Bistro in Norcross, GA is the hottest Cuban-American Restaurant in metro Atlanta. This is a place where salsa lovers flock to each week to hear songs from their favorite Cuban and Latino artists like Celia Cruz and Santana. Yanin Cortes Fernandez, a former EMI recording star, is singing on the track that’s played for background music on the video. Her husband, Luis, is on piano. Omar Gonzales on the bongos, Francisco Montero on sax, Orlando Caseido on small bongos. Enjoy authentic Cuban food prepared by Yanin’s mother. The baby back ribs, churrasco, plaintains, yuca frita, mariquitas, Guantanamera salad, pineapple soda, materva, flan, cheesecake and mango pie are to die for. Mojitos Cuban Bistro might be the new kid on the block, but they hit it out of the ballpark on the first try and the best thing is the whole family is involved. This is the only location at 35 S. Peachtree St., Norcross, GA 30071. Accept no imitations. Call 770-441-2599 for reservations. Music is played from 7:30 pm to 10 pm Friday and Saturday nights. No cover. Keep in mind Mojitos is a restaurant, so please have dinner with us. Hope you like the video. It was put together by Lee Williams. I love this restaurant so much that I want to tell the world about it….
