Yanin Cortes Fernandez, a former pop singer, is singing on the track that’s played for background music on the video. Her husband, Luis, is on piano. Omar Gonzales on the bongos, Francisco Montero on sax, and Orlando Caseido on small bongos. Some of the wait staff also take turns singing for the crowd most weekend nights. And a few guests have been known to sing a song or join the band. It’s a family-friendly atmosphere that’s appealing to everyone of all ages and ethnic backgrounds.
