Tantor was the name of this excellent Jazz-rock trio from Argentina. Tantor consisted of Héctor Starc, Rodolfo García (both former Aquelarre and Almendra members, playing guitar and drums, respectively) and Carlos Alberto “Machi” Rufino (former Invisible) playing the bass. The album also featured Lito Vitale and Leo Sujatovich, two of the best Argentine keyboardists as guest musicians. This instrumental song, named Niederinwhoren, is the second track, side A, from their self-titled album, recorded in 1979. This particular track has a very soothing vibe, slightly shifting towards the end to a more disco-sounding groove, but pretty relaxing nonetheless. I hope you enjoy it!… |
